Morgan Brooks DIRECT is a Wholesale Non Bank Lender offering an extensive range of 'award winning' low rate mortgage loans secured over Residential and Commercial security properties. Working closely with the director and marketing team, I am assigned a variety of graphics production and multi media tasks with a specific focus on overall upgrade of various marketing, presentation and educational material to ensure the integrity of the company's image is maintained. The responsibilities in this role include:

• Producing ideas and concepts to improve upon company logo, image and branding
• Create and refine business cards
• Production of letterhead images and generic templates
• Maintain graphic and document items in easy way so that other staff can use it and update.
• Ongoing updating and refining of Company's overall website
• Create electronic templates, edit and maintain marketing material updates
• Design and create advertising material to meet deadline demands.
• Multimedia and Flash Designs
• Special Projects: Assign project teams with the design for innovative electronic media campaigns and marketing effects for the implementation of arts and business educational projects which the company and its directors have long established commitments towards ongoing support of select student programs.
